Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not accept a return due to personal collection changes (“PC reasons”).

To start a return, you can contact us at bravamcollective@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We sell factory-sealed trading card products. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects to packaging or contents. This can include but is not limited to: small rips in shrink wrap, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or other cosmetic imperfections in packaging material. Contents are packaged by the manufacturer, and any discrepancies are outside of our control.

No Shrink: To qualify for a refund for tampered boxes, you must video the box and packs being opened. Packs must remain in camera view at all times. The video must have a visible time stamp, your name, and your order number. This requirement is to prevent fraudulent claims. Products sold without shrink wrap will not be eligible for a refund if they arrive dented. They are intended to be opened and therefore are sold as-is.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Preorders (all preorder sales are final)

  • Custom products or special orders

  • Bulk lots, random packs, or mystery bundles

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, it will take 5–7 business days to process your refund. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

There will be no refunds or returns on preorder products. These items are ordered from our suppliers based on customer orders and cannot be canceled once placed.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Orders cannot be adjusted after placement. If you cancel, the standard 10% fee applies.

If you are found using bots, automated checkout tools, or other prohibited methods, your order will be canceled, your account/IP may be banned, and you will still be subject to the 10% cancellation fee.
