Thank you for shopping at Bravam Collects. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Please note that shipping services paid for at checkout apply only to the time in transit after we hand your order to the carrier. For example, purchasing Priority Mail means faster delivery through USPS once they receive the package; it does not shorten our internal processing time.
Shipment Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Items marked as “Restock” may require 5–7 business days before shipment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time.

If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Bravam Collects ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bravam Collects is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All costs imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, customs charges, or import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed to USPS, UPS, or another carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. Bravam Collects is not responsible for:

Any claims for shipping issues must be filed directly with the carrier.
